Being fully present in your Life:-

Silence is definitely a Virtue:-
A moment of silence is always better than any words uttered in haste. Think of everything you can before you speak because words spoken can never be taken back and are the most powerful ways to hurt someone. Do not be someone's words become a memory drive; I'd rather be someone that compassion is reflected in silence unless the goodness of the word.
Meditation:-
We are jumping from one to another and worldly desire, however, the fire of desires it cools. Meditation awakens thoughts are and teaches us how to evolve and disappear in our own system.
We live this life as if we are here to fight the battle with the world of people, it is a battle against negativity, which is the most common ills. Learning to live with compassion in your heart to be aware of a better future. This does not mean that there will always be good days, but it means that compassion can turn the tables even in the worst days.
It will teach you how to "live" and not just pass the time as you once lived unless cats. We can control the thoughts of pursuing and what to leave behind, so the first step would be compassionate definitely be aware of our thought process.
Our thoughts make us, and it is certainly worth highlighting. So instead of reaching an abrupt conclusion, we traveled through meditation.
